Martha’s Vineyard is on the road to becoming 100% renewable in electricity, heating, and transportation by 2040. With this goal in mind, people on-Island are taking steps in their day-to-day lives toward a clean-energy future. Bluedot Martha’s Vineyard’s Green Guide features a roadmap put together by Vineyard Power illustrating how anyone can be an active part of the energy transition journey. The map offers instruction on receiving no-cost home energy assessments, assistance in installing solar or purchasing an electric vehicle, and offers income-eligible energy coaching in both English and Portuguese.
